Blueberry Mojito Mocktail, Mojito recipe | Non alcoholic co*cktail (2)

In this mojito drink, I have used fresh blueberries in three forms, first I havepureethe blueberry as I love to see purple colour of my mojito. Then crushed few blueberries to bit consistency. And then used a few whole as garnish. I have also usedwhole mint leaves, as I don’t need this drink to be excessive minty so no need to crush it.

I have seen some mojito drink on internetand reallyfascinated by viewing the bluesugar on the rim of the glasses. But couldn’t find this coloured sugar in my area. However the taste remains same whether you use it or not. It makes drink look little more beautiful.

This is a very interesting take on Virgin mojitos. Using different consistencies of blueberries gives the drink more body and depth. The clicks as usual are outstanding. Loved the mojita a lot and have bookmarked it.

I made this for my red and blue Christmas theme for my culinary class. My chef gave it a thumbs up! Thank you! Question: Can I use this for my 2.1 gallon beverage dispenser? I’m starting my catering business in a few months and would love to use this recipe.
